Soak fabric in cold water and then dab with hydrogen peroxide. For a more stubborn stain, mix cornstarch, or cornmeal with water and apply to stain. Allow the mix to dry and then brush the residue away.

Chewing Gum
Rub the gum with ice until it begins to flake off.

Coffee
Mix an egg yolk with lukewarm water and rub on stain.

Grease
Pour boiling water on stains and then sprinkle with dry baking soda.

Ink
Soak the fabric in milk or dab the stain with hydrogen peroxide.

Lipstick
Rub the stained area with cold cream or shortening and then wash.

Rust
Saturate the spot with lemon juice and rub with salt. Place the fabric in direct sunlight until dry, then wash.

Scorch Stains
Boil scorched fabric in 1-cup soap and 2-quarts milk then wash.

Wine
If you can get to the spot immediately, try applying salt or soda water to arrest the stain, otherwise, try soaking the fabric in milk before washing, or use liquid soap mixed with hydrogen peroxide to treat the area.
